It’s raining, it’s pouring, the old man is snoring…
Well it is raining. We get water falling from the sky so rarely in SoCal that I feel like it’s this wondrous phenomenon. (dramatic, I know, but remember I’m a writer.)
Okay, truth is I LOVE the rain. The smell, the way the world looks shinny and new.
Yep, it’s a beautiful day.
The little white curly trail behind this little snail? Hundreds of super tiny eggs.
Where will the babies get their shells?
Sup G, said with a nod of the head.
Every time I look at this mug the huge G stands out. It asked me to take its photo, so I obliged.
The most annoying sound in the world comes from this clock. It’s been at my parents house since before I existed. I used to wake up in the middle of the night from hearing its annoying tick-tocking and stop it. Confused the crap out of my mom for a long time.
I don’t think you believed me when I said I take lots of pictures of my feet.
It’s kinda my thing.
Not just any bowl of Mac and Cheese. Spiral Mac and Cheese.
This over processed, powdery cheesy goodness always reminds me of when I was about 4 or 5 years old, sitting at the table in hideously ugly vinyl chairs (it was the early 80s) in an apartment in Colorado.
It is said writers live on a steady supply of coffee and/or alcohol.
Last October I got my first pair of tights. I fell in love. I should mention that stripes hold a special place in my heart as well. Since October, I love wearing tights and sometimes add knee highs. I had to go and buy skirts to go with my tights. (smiley face)
Thanks, mom, for starting me out!
My favorite comfy jeans and my super old converse chucks. When I’m not dressed to impress, you can find me in these. Even with the saggy butt and large holes in both knees.
My favorite flowers are daisies. And these beauties were at my gramma’s house up in the mountains.
